Guiding companies in developing and implementing effective sustainability strategies and meeting ESG reporting requirements.
CUDA
We developed a programme to support CUDA’s credit union members in creating sustainability strategies and implementation plans for their organisations alongside broader initiative development for the network as a whole.
Dublin City Council
We worked with DCC to design and deliver MODOS – a circular economy training programme for SMEs. SW was involved in designing the initial pilot programme and subsequently in delivering MODOS as it expanded nationwide. We also supported DCC on aligning their corporate plan with the SDGs.
Energia
We developed an ESG masterclass and climate risk workshop for Energia’s senior leadership team to enable them to discuss the strategic implications of climate change for their business. We continue to act as a strategic sustainability advisor to the team.
ESB
We’ve supported ESB on a number of strategic projects, including the delivery of a series of workshops with leadership teams from across the company to help them embed sustainability thinking into their business plans.
Glenveagh
We conducted a double materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement for Glenveagh. This led to an Insights Report which informed the evolution of the company’s sustainability strategy. We have also supported the Glenveagh team to prepare for CSRD reporting.
Goodbody
We worked with Goodbody to conduct an in-depth materiality assessment and develop the firm’s sustainability strategy, incorporating its wealth management, asset management and investment banking divisions.
Hibernia Real Estate Group
We conducted an in-depth materiality assessment for Hibernia, engaging internal and external stakeholders to understand current and future sustainability issues. The output was an Insights Report that informed the evolution of the company’s sustainability strategy.
Ibec Academy
We partner with Ibec Academy on the delivery of a suite of sustainability and ESG training programmes for businesses. This includes a 4-day CPD certificate course in corporate sustainability and ESG, which is accredited by Technical University Dublin (TUD).
Institute of Banking
We worked with the IOB to develop their sustainability strategy, framed by the UN SDGs. We also supported the design and delivery of the IOB’s Responsible and Sustainable Finance Certificate course and the Compliance Institute’s Diploma in Sustainable Finance for compliance professionals.
